Returns

We offer a 30-day return period beginning on the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
